My husband called yesterday and was told they would be at our home today between 2pm-5pm, so he took off work to be home. Flash forward to 450 today, he calls as they still have not shown and a woman on the phone tells him they're doing a restaurant electric job. She then offers to have them come out tomorrow. We both have regular day jobs and can't afford to take another afternoon off and they aren't open weekends so we are now SOL. What is most upsetting is the lack of communication. Why couldn't anyone call us to let us know they wouldn't be coming out today?

Great service. Very pleased with their work. Can't believe how many circuits I have in this house. They were true to their estimate. All the electricians were very nice. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical service.
