Joe was on top of his game !!!
He told us sometimes LED lights are not the best bulbs to put in a fan it can caus flickering within the fan itself !!
Lord and behold there it is I changed out the bulbs to regular standard bulbs Booya problem over !!!!
I personally think that everyone working there at Best Electric should be hipped to some of his knowledge !!!
There's no way anyone of us or the other service people would have known the fix button to this problem we had !!!
Kudos to you Joe for figuring this out !!!
Joe is a very knowledgeable employee !!
Keep him and give him a raise in my eyes he's worth every dime your paying him !!!
If you only knew how many people the company had come out to try to fix this !!
Again Kudos to you Joe keep up the good work and I'm not kidding !!!

This company took our money and never finished the job. Had to hire an attorney to get involved. They are completely untrustworthy and incompetent. Don't hire them !

today i had an electral problem,i looked on the Comp for a local electric co to helpme.as contacted by Best Electric at 8am, told the caller about my problem, and he assured me they could fix it. the repair man was here at 10am, and immedietly went to work to correct the faulty receptal, after a few quick, professional test, he solved the problem. the service man, Marshall was very stright forward and Honest with me. told me what he had to do, and did it in a very professional and courteously fashion, he was a very proficent and friendly man , who treated me with dignity, Job was compleeted in good fashion, and works fine, am very pleased tosay i will always use this company for any future electrical problems, thank you Marshal for the service you gave me.
