OVER BUDGET, PAST DUE, INCOMPLETE!

The owner is very nice, but the work he did took forever - two weeks longer than promised. He also billed me for $200 more than his original estimate. To add insult to injury - HE NEVER FINISHED THE JOB! I still have wires lose and not connected.
