If you don't speak Spanish you will be treated indifferently. You have to call the business while there to be helped. The Waite time is roughly 30-50min regardless of item quantity.I'd say the business model is from the 90's , a family owned business that's no longer run by a family. It's unfortunate that such an integral business is incoherently operated. The pricing is grossly inflated and without a reference point since mainly used items, you feel taken for a ride. In dyer need of providence.

Let me just say, if you have time to look for what you need online, do so. These guys charge an absurd amount of money for used stuff. And when I've sold them brand new stuff I got pennies to the dollar. And the wait is unbelievable.! You better have 2 spare hours in your day when you pick up a breaker.

I walked into the waiting area and see four people seated in the chairs. The receptionist asks me to take a seat. After waiting 10 minutes, a man appears from the back and hands out parts to the four men who were ahead of me. After dealing with those customers. The salesman takes my order for 2 types of breakers. Another 35 minutes pass before the salesman returns with my order. I pay the bill and walk out after spending 50 minutes in that business.

They really need more help! I can understand that there was only one person getting those breakers. Ideally, most electrical supply houses can get you on your way within 15- 20 minutes with a small order 3-4 items.

A breaker in my 1940s house broke recently and I opted to fix myself (not handy whatsoever) instead of calling an electrician. Went to home depot in search of the breaker only to be laughed at and told I need to go on ebay and expect to spend $60-$80. Found Bernard and Sons online and thought I'd give them a shot. Walked in and was greeted by the guy at the front desk. Showed him the breaker and he immediately said ""yeah...I have that one...I'll be right back."" Saved me a lot of time and effort finding this discontinued breaker!!
