They charge $95 per hour, and they charge minimum 2 hours per visit, no matter how small the job is, even with a tripped breaker. They don't tell you the minimum 2 hour requirement until they bill you. And they said they've been doing this for more than 10 years. Is this industry standard? I'll say no. So just be aware of it.
