I found this business to be very unprofessional in how it handles customer service and overall communication with the customer. I scheduled an electrical inspection, which I had to wait over a week to get. Then trying to get the inspection report and estimate was an even longer wait. I was told something different everyday I called to get the inspection report sent to me. I was told the estimator has been out sick, then the file was too big for me to send, etc. The office manager, Elaine seemed to rather deal with me in email versus telephone; which I find profoundly unprofessional. When I was abrupt with the office manager, she sends me yet ANOTHER email but this one was to explain to me how she got into an argument with the estimator, how she has screwed things up and needed payment upfront and now because of her screw up he refuses to do the estimate! I am beyond furious and I will never use this business again. Sad thing is, I could of given them a lot of work.
