I moved into my current home a few years ago and called Ben do do some work here. He was prompt, responsive a reasonable. He also did a great job, so I have more work to do and called again. Ben was responsive and came to see what I needed. He reviewed everything and said I would have he estimate that night. That was a week ago and I have called and texted with no response. Very, very disappointing. If he did not want to do the work, I would have appreciated him just saying so. Now it's the holidays and good luck finding someone to do what I need In time. What a shame.

I know everyone is busy ...but Ben is really busy as he never called me back. I am a real estate agent ...and we have to work within timeframes of a contract. If you have a lot of time to wait, Ben nay get back to you. I unfortunately had to move forward with an electrician who would call me back.

This was just my experience trying to reach Ben ...so please note that he may be more responsive to you..

Ben was GREAT. Within an hour or two Ben was at our house and changed out the electric service to the house. Quoted me a price and I said whatever it is as he came out and did it same day. Others were telling me it could take a week because the power company has to come out and cut the power - which they do- but they come out anywhere from within a half hour or two generally at the most on the same day. Ben did his superior work at what was a fair and honest price and stayed until the job was done. Same Day. Very fair price. No add ons - including having to pull the permit. I will only use Ben for any future work and he will always be fair.

Hired to install electric to seawall for boat lift. He was right on time ( actually early) got right to work doing just as he promised. Very neat and professional job and the price was fair too!

Exceptional experience. We hired Ben to install wiring for a pool heat pump. He arrived on time, completed the job within an hour and did good work. My husband and I were impressed from beginning to end, including the way he secured wires to our house. The cost was as quoted. We would be happy to work with him again in the future. First let me qualify myself for this review. I am a solar contractor, write exam questions for the State of Florida Contractors exams and have been in business since 1979. I have seen plenty of subcontractors and laborors work over the years.

I had Ben do a residential remodel including high hat cans in the ceiling, pendent lights, wire a entire kitchen with double ovens, cooktop, refrigerators and deal with the mess the demolition crew left. Additionally he installed the electric for a bathroom remodel and work on some home automation z-wave switches. He was able to pick up the concept and implement with no issues some high end devices.

Ben is hard working, bright businessman with the technical skills to complete the job on time and on budget. His work ethic is great! When he on the clock you can't ask for a better value and anticipates your needs.

I got three bids for a set scope of work and asked for a time estimates too. The time on the job was about 4 days an his rate was competitive with others, however his time on the job was less than what the other two electricians estimated. So I took a chance and asked him to do the work on time and materials instead of lump sum for the scope of work - and I am VERY happy I did. His speed and knowledge paid off and I saved the money.

For someone to exceed expectations is rare these days. He thinks ahead, plans his work and worked tirelessly (did I mention he is a hard worker yet).

As for work place habits and clean up - he cleans up after himself daily, keeps stock for what the scope of work is, has the best tools to to work efficiently. This is the kind of guy that does not make excuses - he just gets it done.
