The guy came out for a quote. He was a ""Yeah-Yeah"" guy... the one who only said ""Yeah-Yeah"" and I had to continually confirm that he got what I was saying. I went through everything with him and had to ask him if he could do the work and if he would send me a formal quote. His response..... ""Yeah-Yeah, I can do it.""
To my surprise, no follow-up and no quote.
