He offered to check other things and do additional stuff as that needed to be done. He is pricing is very competitive. He gives fixed rates. Helped a family member search for handymen on Yelp by using the search tool...ended up getting one too many responses so felt bad we couldn't use all of them...

Anyway, said family member needed a simple side fence replaced at one of the rental homes. We contacted Roman and he was pretty quick to respond. He was pretty helpful when it came to assessing the damaged fence and recommending a replacement fence that would be economical and durable (given that its being rented out). After going back and forth on some details, first stop was Home Depot for some supplies (he provided us with receipts so no shady business here). We set a date and he got to work~fence was completed in one day and results were pretty good! He seems to be a one man band, but overall we're pleased with his service.

Would recommend if you need a handyman for random gigs around the house.

I used Roman to repair and refurbish two expensive wooden patio umbrellas which had gotten old but were too good to discard. I was most impressed with his skill in accomplishing the repair and, the following day, doing an excellent job of sanding and refinishing the wooden poles. Couldn't be more pleased. Roman & Michael are the best!! I just moved and I have had them over at least 4 times! After the first assistance with TV mounts and furniture assembly, I just cancelled my other help and asked them to do everything. They came back and helped with my Ring, door locks, they assembled additional furniture and so on. They were so professional and courteous, they wore booties before they entered, they brought a vacuum and cleaned when they were done, and they knew exactly what they were doing...if you hire them once, you will hire them again, like we have. They charge very reasonable prices too. We manage 3 vacation rentals in Laguna Beach and we are having them replace our current maintenance crew. I have nothing but good things to say. Thanks again!
