Bendix Electric has done work for me for many years and Thilo and his crew have always been honest, conscientious, and fair. Most recently some tenants were having electrical troubles on a rental property I own. Bendix returned my call promptly, scheduled the work timely and did everything as promised. The tenants and I are both very happy. I will be calling Bendix Electric the next time I need electrical work done.

Prompt service within tight time constraints that solved an ongoing intermittent service disruption in my home's 110V ac circuit. Quick and correct diagnosis of the fault late on a rainy, snowy afternoon. Thilo Bendix rushed to get the necessary parts for my drop box from the PG&E power line and installed them quickly and efficiently. He explained what was the matter and fixed the problem. My 110V ac circuit is still working flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Great service! We had two small troubleshooting jobs, one to a light fixture and another to a ceiling fan, and they took care of both, promptly and for a fair price. We had to coordinate the service call from the Bay Area and both the office staff and electricians were helpful and professional. We would definitely use these guys again.

Another amazing experience with Bendix Electric!! He came out a few years ago and fixed the items in my budget and knew when I could afford the rest I'd have him back. And for a second time he's worked magic. Had to troubleshoot some outdoor plugs that weren't working, put a new thermostat in a wall heater, moved a randomly placed plug outside to a location where it won't get run over. I'm so impressed with what he was able to accomplish. Well worth it!!!!!!

Thinking and his crew were great. I got a quote early on in the day and they were there later to install baseboard heaters. He was great to work with and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend his company to others.

I can't get this service to even call me back. We've called their ""dispatchers"" twice now - once in an emergency situation - and after the operator took our info, we have not received even one call from a technician. The response is always, ""I'll let the technician know, and he'll call you."" Nope. Not once. They may be very skilled, but I guess I'll never find out. If they are too busy, or don't serve my area, they should be upfront about it when they are contacted.

Excellent customer experience all the way through with Bendix, highly recommend. Appointment (in Copperopolis) was kept and Zack was in touch with me that morning to give me a firm ETA. A very reasonable estimate was provided for the install of a 240V (NEMA 14-50) outlet in my garage for charging our Tesla; the work was completed quickly and with attention to detail... in this case, correct orientation of the ground on the plug to ensure proper ""hang"" on the charging cable. Zack was very professional, had everything he needed on his truck, and confirmed the breaker spec that I wanted installed. Fantastic service, excellent price/value.

Bendix Electric helped me with a variety of projects around my cabin at Pinecrest. The initial contact with the office revealed a courteous, professional person who scheduled a visit by a tech to provide an estimate. The estimate and proposal were provided quickly and I thought at a very fair price. A schedule was calendared and yesterday Zack arrived early in the morning and did the work for me, spending a long day successfully completing all of the projects. Zack is great: professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. Highly recommend this company.
