How this business is run is very nice for our modern schedules and how we can be in and out of the house a lot or sometimes just stuck at the house and can't leave. He offers a service he can come to your home and work on your IT or computer issue for no extra charge.

I got my laptop repaired. He came and picked it up from my home, we kept in contact the entire time about the status of the update and the ordering the parts. I am already using him for further work.

I had a new computer system that needed to be set up and connected to the Internet, but I had difficulty doing it.. I called a dozen different places and this was the only place that could come on short notice... I called them in the morning and by late afternoon they were at my place... They were efficient and very professional... I also asked if they installed a camera systems and could recommend some that had cloud-based storage and they said that they would text their recommendarions to me... The word of the day is trust. If I allow someone to come into my home, walk around my house, crawl through my attic; I have to trust them.
Benchmark IT & Telecom came to my house to help me with my new projector, this involved running a new HDMI cable and ethernet. The technician was on time and well versed. He showed me and my home respect and was very educated in his field. The install went great and fast and when complete he cleaned up his work area.
Here's where Benchmark IT & Telecom excelled.
An hour or so later, I found that a cable was knocked loose in my attic and I lost communication to some of my devices. I realized that this is something that happens sometimes with installs, but wondered how they would handle my call.
I called the tech and he was very apologetic. He was happy to return and fix the issue ASAP. I unfortunately was not able to meet that day, but he gladly returned the next business day (with a second tech) and finished the job.
To be clear, I know my technology, I've worked in this field for many years. These guys know their stuff.
I will for sure call these guys for anything I need done Home Automation or Networking, they are trustworthy and great at what they do.
Bravo for being a great business and for showing that there are honest people that still believe in getting the job done!
