When I contacted electricians to quote an EV Charger install, Ben was the ONLY person out of a dozen to also ask what my near-future electrical needs were.

He upgraded my main service panel for a future Solar install plus the EV charger - and the total cost was only a bit more than other quotes for just the EV charger that added splitters, load management systems, etc. that I would have had to rip out down the road anyway for Solar.

Ben even did a great job cutting, installing, caulking and priming wood trim around the new panel. Responsive, and great attention to detail. Also looks like Jon Bernthal.

When we returned home from vacation to find we had this weird ""partial power"" thing going on--some lights dim; others not working at all; no oven--we sought help, contacting two electricians who were highly rated on Yelp. Ben was the first to respond, and came quickly. PG&E has assessed the problem and gave us a temporary, partial fix, then Ben stepped in. He coordinated the required work--replacing our 200 amp panel--with PG&E, gave us a reasonable quote, and scheduled a date for the work. He kept us in the loop the entire time, and let us know with plenty of advance notice when our power would be off. He arrived early on the day of the repair and took care of everything efficiently. He is now our go-to electrician. Can't recommend him highly enough.
