Disclaimer: Work was never done on our home, here's why:
We had an in home estimate . We wanted to relocate a return vent out of a bedroom into a larger space (living room or hallway) cause it's common sense you don't want a return vent behind a closed door and especially in a bedroom - they're loud and need to breath. We also wanted a quote on an AC unit and install. After 5 weeks of waiting for the actual estimate we got:

""Your return vent is fine where it is"" - no, it's not
""Just the AC unit for your single story, 1100 sqf home will cost $9,000 not including installation (the duct work was already installed)
""We'll have to put the AC unit in the driveway, cause it's the only legal location"" - actually turns out that's the only place we can't put it because of legal easement issues.
""Whys your furnace under the house in the large raised crawl space"" ...because it makes sense..?

From start to finish it was a first class experience. Richard and Spencer were two of the nicest guys you're likely to meet. Total professionals and they did a fantastic job. My house is like any older Fairfax / San Anselmo building with a floor plan that started small and grew. Each addition being done in isolation to the overall house plan. So working around the 'uniqueness' of my house was quite a challenge. They worked really hard to minimize the increased amount of space taken up by a fully functional well vented system, vs the underfed system we had in the past. The result is outstanding - the house heats up in a fraction of the time and is heated evenly throughout. I can't wait to test the A/C! Thanks Bellows!

I used bellows last year to replace the guts of my toilet. It was a fairly straightforward job, but a year and a few weeks later, the same problem started again. They made an exception to their guarantee policy and sent john out to replace the part.
Indeed, it was defective and at no cost to me it was replaced. JOHN ROCKS!!!, so friendly, and has years of experience...think he could do the job blindfolded....thanks bellows!!!

I have an old propane stove heater that was at the house when I bought it 11 years ago. Steve was not able to get it working and mentioned that Bellows does not work on this type of heater. He redirected me to another heater company for this and didn't charge me for the call. At my request, he gave me an estimate for a replacement.
