I used bellows last year to replace the guts of my toilet. It was a fairly straightforward job, but a year and a few weeks later, the same problem started again. They made an exception to their guarantee policy and sent john out to replace the part.
Indeed, it was defective and at no cost to me it was replaced. JOHN ROCKS!!!, so friendly, and has years of experience...think he could do the job blindfolded....thanks bellows!!!

I have an old propane stove heater that was at the house when I bought it 11 years ago. Steve was not able to get it working and mentioned that Bellows does not work on this type of heater. He redirected me to another heater company for this and didn't charge me for the call. At my request, he gave me an estimate for a replacement.

I had a clogged kitchen sink pipe that I was unable to fix with my 25 foot snake, so I had to call for a professional. Bellows assigned Corbin Russell to the job. He showed up and set to work, unclogging the pipe quickly. Corbin was professional, skilled and conscientious. I am so very pleased with how smoothly the process went. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bellows again. Thank you!

Integrity, quality work and nice staff (office and field). During a standard line inspection in the process to sell our house, it was discovered that the band that connects the house sewer line to the sewer line that goes from sidewalk to central line on street was broken. Roots were getting in the gap. This is an expensive repair. When Bellows performed the repair and it took longer than they had estimated, they absorbed the difference and did not invent an excuse to make me pay. I value this integrity and commitment to honoring their own quote. This keeps me as a customer. I've used Bellows for several years for small jobs (plumbing and heating). This was the first big job I used them for and I'm glad I did. I'll still be in area after I move and I plan to keep them as my go to company for Plumbing, Heating and Air.

This is a great company. Jason came to our house and discussed several options and estimates.Very nice, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want.We opted for new heating and central AC.

Jeremy showed up on time 1st calling to let me know his exact arrival. The Rinnai Air Handler unit had a problem fitting that the installer a local who I won't disparage in this review BUT will on his listing :( . Jeremy solved the problem and also connected the fan only mode that was left unattended. He got heat running (I know, it's been record hot but I'm beating the coming cold) and checked the rest of the system. In all, it was one of the best service experiences I've had and I'd call them back anytime for my Rinnai service needs.

Jon, Sam, Corbin, and the rest of the crew that came to my house were professional, courteous, and most importantly trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had a pretty big problem with the gas leak and Bellows plumbing was able to detect and fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. Trying to find people to show up in this industry and that you can trust to do a good job is very difficult. I am relieved to know that Bellows will always have my back and I can count on them for all of my plumbing, gas and heating needs!
