Everyone deserves a chance,Phillip and his assistant was recommended by my pool company. They were tasked with hooking up a hot tub after it was relocated. They hooked up the hot tub incorrectly and blew out the circuit board. Then he was more mad than I am when my hot tub guy replaced the circuit board and corrected their mistake $ $800.00 Dollars out of pocket later plus his bill . Be careful, choose wisely. Phil and his crew were at my house less than an hour after I called. Same day proposal and the work was done (perfectly) in two days. He even offered some other clever lighting suggestions. Fast, prompt, skilled, reasonable. This company is a gem.

Hats off to Bellmore Electric! Phillip responded to my call within an hour. I was able to get an appointment the next day. He came out and evaluated my needs. I needed an electrical outlet to charge my Tesla. His price was several hundred dollars less than the other company that was on the list. He followed Tesla requirements to the letter. That means I had to get a permit for installation. Other electricians may have done it without, but I trusted Phillip to do the right thing. He had it installed within a week. The job passed inspection and the outlet charges my car just as it is supposed to.
I am planning to use him for another project to replace my lighting to LED. He's already given me a better price than another local electrician. I'm looking forward to continuing our relationship because he seems to be an honest and trustworthy electrician.

It all sounded good. Phil came to my house and gave an estimate. I called and left a message, no response.
Then I email and said I wanted him to do the job. He replied once about a month ago. He said he would be in contact me shortly...never heard from him again. I sent one more email and never heard back.
At least have the decency to state you don't want or need the business.
