Excellent! I've had Yuri over to my house several times in the past year, and another visit scheduled. He's fixed / repaired issues related to the general electric wiring in my town home (which I purchased through a bank repo) and has installed track lighting and 2 ceiling fans. I have him scheduled to come back and install a second piece of track lighting this Monday.

His prices are very reasonable, and most importantly I have the satisfaction of knowing that the installations / work are being done professionally and without cut corners. Yuri is very friendly, and my wife & I both trust him to work in my house even when we're not around.

Gave me good advice, fixed some things that were urgent, checked into some minor things, made some suggestions for future work that made sense. Checked out Yelp for an Electrician first thing in the morning on 1/9/2013. Found several with great reviews. Called Belco Electrical 8:30AM and they picked up the phone before business hours, made the same day appointment which was promptly met. Repaired the flickering light problem that I have had for years but suddenly got worse. Polite, factual. Great trouble shooter. Quoted me a set trouble shooting fee. Trouble shot the issue and fixed the problem for the original price I was quoted for just trouble shooting the issue. Superb, Professional Electrician. Would call him Yuri again in a second. I give him a 5 Start rating.

I cannot say enough about Yuri and his fantastic work!! He arrived ahead of schedule a few days before Christmas to help us with both hallway and overhead lighting failures. He reviewed all the options clearly and even helped purchasing all needed parts. the overhead lights he repaired involved reaching ceiling fixtures at the roof some 20 feet up. In addition to our primary needs, he also fixed several broken outlets inside and outside of the house. He made multiple trips to local hardware stores to purchase all the parts, even offering to finish the job on Christmas eve. Further, he worked quickly and efficiently, even calmly navigating my two kids aged 4 and 18 months who were fascinated by his work. His prices were very reasonable for all his hard work. Yuri was absolutely great. I couldnt open my electric gate to get off the property on a recent Sat. morning. I looked up reviews for my area on Yelp since I am new to the area and picked him due to the great reviews - glad I did. He could tell I was stressed out from this and was over in less than an hour. He figured out what was wrong on a large property in less than an hour. I would definitely use him again for a problem!!!!!!!!!!!
