Beekman Company earns every one of their 5 stars! I communicated directly with Thomas Beekman from quoting through completion on our commercial buildout, which included installing a new transformer, breaker box, circuits for both 220V and 120V service, cable drops with twist-lock connections, and the relocatioddition of emergency exit signage. Thomas is a fountain of knowledge and was not hesitant to share his insight and experience on what type of equipment we needed when walking the facility, and pointed things out that other companies failed to include for a no-corners-cut quote. To that effect, we had a large commercial contractor (rhymes with ""syllabus"") quote much higher for significantly less supporting equipment and longer completion time that would have left us with an unreliable power source for our manufacturing floor. The Beekman crew completed the work in 2-1/2 days during normal hours and left the facility swept and vacuumed clean of debris. Best of all is the power was uninterrupted for the duration of the install, allowing our office to continue work during the whole process.

The quality of communication and execution we got on this critical project means we will be using and recommending Beekman for any future electrical projects!

The job was to replace 3 existing light fixtures: 2 pendant lights over the kitchen island, and 1 can light with a pendant chandelier over the breakfast table. Mr Beekman explained each component of the estimate. I knew that it was a routine job because everything was already pre-wired. His estimate, unlike other's, reflected that & had the best price. Wow I'm so impressed! I had an in-home estimate from Mr. Beekman himself (such a kind man) for a new breaker box. It was easy to schedule my appointment afterward with Rebecca the next day.

My technician Larry handled everything from there! I was told it's an all-day job, so I could go back to work. But I coordinated everything at my home with Larry & he was so professional in getting it done. I asked A LOT of questions and he answered them all.

I highly recommend this small company for their efficiency and attention to detail. Also, my estimate was lower than other companies, so I'm happy I could save some cash.

I have used Beekman Electric twice now for conducting an electrical inspection as part of maintaining our foster
home license. These guys are professional, friendly, and very personable. They show up on time, do the work, gave a summary of their findings and even explain what was controlled by each GFCI. The technician even gave me some tips on water pipes that needed to be wrapped to prevent freezing. If I ever have electrical needs, I'm calling this company immediately to resolve my issues!

It was such a joy to work with Beekman Electric! Mr. Tom Beekman is very courteous and responsive. I had my old electric breaker panel changed to satisfy insurance requirement. Excellent professional service. We had a malfunction with the electrical connection of our water heater and we were afraid of this causing an electrical fire. We called several electrical companies in our area of town but being December 30th no one was available to come to our house to check out the problem until after New Year's Day. Although Beekman Electric does not usually provide services in our area, they listened to our concerns and sent an electrician immediately.
