Hello Yellers,

I am hoping to have anyone avoid the struggle of getting a simple payment receipt.

The power went out partially at my home.
I yelped here for help. Chris reached out on this platform.

He provided two helpers to diagnose and patch up the problem. Over the phone, Chris charge me $425 for the job on January 9, 2023.

Chris asked me to ""Zelle"" him because he trusted me and it was a ""fair"" price.

Ok. I did since I was just happy to have my power restored. Zelle went through on 1/10/23 because it was processing payment.

I kept in touch to reassure him the money was on its way. He confirmed receiving it. I asked for a payment receipt with a description of the job.

Standard routine for any business.

Ghosted.

I text him with the contact number he gave me. Promised to send me an ""invoice"" after I had explicitly asked for a payment receipt.

Two weeks later after many polite requests for a payment receipt.

Instead, I get texts saying he will send it in an hour...and to remind him (I guess I am his ""Mom"" ?!).

Four more days and now it is Wednesday, January 26, 2023. It's SEVENTEEN days later!

Still no simple payment receipt of $425 that I paid immediately via Zelle (Chris' specific request).

Then he sends me two invoices with an entire story about being a single father and that this is too much time. Send me invoices for $550 with an outstanding made-up charge.

Sigh.

And STILL no payment receipt!

I would strongly AVOID this place unless you don't mind chasing this Chris down for a simple receipt.

Chris knocked it out of the park with this project. His guy Eddy was on time and very professional installing my Tesla wall charging unit.. He worked fast and completed the project with no problems.

After numerous quotes Chris beat them all hands down and was very easy to talk to about the project, Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I couldn't be happier and would rate 6 stars if possible.

Excellent experience. We had a power outage on New Years Eve and Chris came out within a few hours to fix the issue. He responded quickly and got to our house as he said he would. We got our lights and heat back. Chris is very easy to work with and a good communicator, he went beyond was would be expected. I highly recommend.

Called their number during a holiday and went to voicemail but I didn't leave a message. To my pleasant surprise received a text response.
I explained my situation with photos as a text reply the following evening. This morning received a text at 7:00 a.m. from Chris.
Called and spoke to Chris and he had one of his technicians at my house within a couple of hours with the replacement part.
Replaced a breaker and checked out my heating unit to make sure we were good to go.
Price was a licensed electricians price but very fair considering the expedited professional service. I would recommend Bee Daly Electric to anyone that had an electrical problem that wants immediate and professional service.

Chris communicated very well and was very good. Very professional, competitive pricing, but delivered as expected. Very easy to do business with and someone who cares about his work and doing a good job. Absolute strong recommendation from me. The work was replacing an old panel and all of the circuit breakers which involved cutting off the power from the main panel. Work was done promptly and professionally on a weekend. Professional and easy to talk to.

I was searching Yelp and some other sites for an electrician to do some work on a remodel I have been working on my house. After several contractors that took forever to respond and didn't even show up for quote or didn't even care I finally ran into Chris and not only was he super responsive and prompt but he also is a gentleman and really cares about his craft. We agreed on a price and his work was flawless and I was very satisfied. Chris not only explained everything and the duration of the job but he went out of his way to clearly communicate with me. At the end he actually gave me a small jar of honey he himself produced since he was telling me he is a bee keeper. Awesome experience!
