Aaron was amazing is all I can say! We moved into our new house a little over two months ago and Bedwell Electric was the best choice! Aaron was flexible on a last minute reschedule due to an issue with having to push back our closing and he was just a super nice, knowledgeable and friendly guy. From the minute he arrived he took charge, wasting no time, and began removing old lights and installing new ones (and let me tell you we had him do a ton; 5 fans, 2 LED garage lights, 3 pendant lights, 3 fixtures and install a new outlet in the garage). He came in under budget (and compared to others in the area he is priced very reasonably) and had such a wonderful attitude the entire time! He asked the necessary questions and made sure we were happy throughout. We will be using him again in the near future, so happy to have such a reliable and great electrician in our area whom I know I can call. Hire Bedwell Electric, you won't be disappointed!

I had a good experience with Aaron and his company. He's a patient and friendly guy who is easy to work with, and shows up when he says he will. He added a new 240V circuit to my panel so I could have a NEMA 14-50 outlet to charge my Tesla.

Everything was done cleanly, to code and to my satisfaction and I am kind of picky.

I had a good impression from the get go because my initial thought was to do something more complicated and expensive. In the end the install was right on the money and honestly I could not have done it DIY for much less money. I was worried I would have to pay a lot more. Not only that but the install was done better and faster than I could do it. I was impressed at how sturdily the conduit was mounted leaving my breaker box. He really paid attention to detail.

I've used a number of electricians over the years, both here in Austin and elsewhere. I've also done a number of DIY projects during that time. It gives me a fair background to comment on the professionals I've called in.

Getting a quick response, quick appointment and arrival on time was a great start. Aaron made an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and be available to coordinate with the arrival of shipped materials. He was ready to wok on arrival.

Aaron is especially knowledgeable about circuits, even my quirky setup was easy for him to unravel. He's not thrown by the newest home control devices. And, he finds the most practical and cost effective solution.

Imagine installing a chandelier only to discover it's defective from the factory? Aaron offered to let me send it back for replacement, but he suggested he could disassemble it sufficiently to repair the hidden short circuit. I watched as he patiently found the broken wires and rewired them. Project installation proceeded after the short delay. Few if any commercial electricians have the patience to solve a problem caused by someone else.

And pricing? I much much prefer Bedwell's by-the-hour pricing. I've gotten far too many ""project"" quotes that make no sense. I'm paying for the time required with Aaron. None of the silly . . . 3 fans will cost $$$$$ to install, with no consideration for time or effort. I was more than willing to add to my project list because I didn't fear sticker shock.

Aaron is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. He got back to me within 10 minutes of posting on Yelp, and over some text messages was able to get me a quote over the phone for some Aluminum Wire remediation within an hour. Day-of service, he arrived promptly, answered all of my questions, and found a few electrical problems I wasn't even aware of. He finished the job below budget and ahead of schedule, left his card and said to call him if I had any questions or concerns. I will be using no other electrician in Austin: Bedwell is the best. Highly recommended.
