My job was small--replacing the light/fan in my bathroom--but the folks at Beck didn't treat me like ""small potatoes."" The work was great, but what impressed me most was the communication prior to my appointment. I was contacted hours before the scheduled time to learn the technician would be a bit later than expected, and he called me when he was on his way. He was polite and efficient, and he cleaned up before leaving me to enjoy my whisper-quiet fan. I'll definitely call again when I have a project that calls for an electrician.

Beck Electric should be your go-to electrician. Very prompt, professional, polite, price is right and he's environmentally conscious. I had a quote from one person for $6000 and Beck offered to do the same job with more services and it was a third of the cost, $2000 labor, equipment, and supplies included. He really took to the time to figure out how he can help us save money rather than figure out how he can make more money. He listened to what I wanted then walked me through and gave me multiple options with his recommendation for the best and why. He said he was a little backed up but would have our quote by Saturday and he did. In the email it even recommends thinking about printing the contract to save paper if we actually need it printed. I used Beck to install Ethernet cables in a 100 year old, extensively remodeled house. Martin was very helpful and easy to work with during the quotation process, and delivered the quote on the spot, which was very reasonable. John, the electrician who did the installation, was very capable, prompt, professional, and did the work in a timely manner. They were very flexible and came up with a very good solution to a challenging problem. I highly recommend them.

I own a 1955 home with electrical receptacles that are not grounded to modern code. The previous owner added 3-prong plugs but never grounded them. I wanted them grounded properly to keep my sensitive electronics as safe as possible. Beck Electric sent out John who did an awesome job of grounding the plugs.
On one plug John ran a conduit on the outside of the house. Looks great and it was properly sealed at both entry points into the wall.
To get the grounding wire on two receptacles John did have to cut a couple of holes in two walls but he was smart about the cuts. John also passed o a great tip about patching the hole using the squares he cut out and some small wood slats for backing. Tip worked out great.
If you have an old home and need electrical work I highly recommend Beck Electric and ask for John.

Miguel confirmed appointment before arriving, showed up on time, did outstanding, tidy, and contentious work, and all at a reasonable price. He was careful in my home, i.e. not banging ladder on walls or furniture, and cleaned up after his work. First trip I had a ceiling fan installed and am delighted that it does not wobble. Second visit I had new outlets and lights installed in a bathroom. He was careful with cutting the drywall so repairs were minimal! I would recommend this company to my friends and definitely will use them again for future work! Thanks for being an electrician I can count on!
