Bought a new house. Called my electrician Sam to come out and add a new Tesla outlet.

He also fixed a bad switch, checked the panel and updated all my smoke alarms.
He replaced the entry light with an LED with a cover.
He always goes the extra mile.

Found THE electrician I will only work with going forward. I needed a Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector installed. Reached out to Bear, talked to Sam on Thursday, set appointment for Saturday morning, Sam got here as scheduled and got it installed plus troubleshooting and fixing a couple light switches in the house, all in less than 2 hours work. Super clean job, professional and courteous, very personable and great communications too. Had his mask on the whole time so no health safety issues there too. Love the work but really everything you can expect from a trusty service provider. Hands down 100% satisfaction. Give him a call if you ever need electric work done. You will NOT regret it trust me. Sam was in fact excellent, as all of the other Yelp reviews have stated! I live quite far from the house where the outlets and breaker needed to be fixed, and Sam was able to work with me over the phone. Of course, his work was solid, he explained exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it, and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Bear electric! After noticing that my fridge was out, I had to reach out in hopes they'd come out ASAP. Sam was very quick to respond and set up an appointment on the spot.

Upon arrival, I met Joseph and Sam who were very efficient and professional. Their customer service was great and really put me at ease while helping me with the electric issues in my home. After they resolved the initial problem, they were kind enough to check every single outlet in my home and resolve another issue in the breaker panel. They explained everything in detail and helped me understand what was going on as they were fixing everything.

They are now my go to electricians and will refer them to everyone! Thanks again, Bear!

Called this firm because I had an issue with an On/Off switch and a ceiling fan. The gentleman I spoke to informed me they weren't able to make it out today, which was fine, but elected to talk me through the issue over the phone.

I was able to work through the correction safely with his help and am grateful he took the time to talk me through the issue. I haven't experienced customer service such as that lately.

I'll definitely call these folks for any future electrical needs. Thank you very much!

Sam did an amazing job and cleaned up after the install of my Ring floodlight. He was on time and the job went fast. He is a great communicator and came the next day after I first contacted him. He and his partner wore a mask during the job and were very friendly and professional.

After waking up to a half-powered home, We didn't expect Sam to be so responsive. By noon, our electric had been restored. His price was more than fair so we also had him replace some additional outlets, an old smoke detector, and replaced a breaker, and a box tune up. Their work comes with a year warranty and we will not hesitate to call them (or refer them) again!

I would also like to know that they were incredibly safe. Everyone wore masks correctly the whole time. Very COVID friendly!
