Friendly and professional. Joseph and Jonathan showed up right on time and did a great job. They also were very friendly and professional, they knew what they were doing. Fixed our problem with the circuit breakers and installed new GFI. I am very happy with their service and the price i paid.

Work quality was good, they came out quickly and installation was also completed quickly.

Price:
On the phone, I negotiated a price to install Tesla EV charger which i mentioned i had on hand. They came out a hour after the call and told me that the charger i had required special wire and will cost extra 65 dollar.
This sounded shady because i had already provided all the information they requested for the pricing and the chances of someone denying the service once they are already at your house is quiet low. I believe they could have done a better job of collecting info to provide the customer with more accurate quote. I understand that surprises can happen and that can change the quote but this was not one of those situation.

I am giving 4 stars because i did actually like their work, but did not appreciate the service cost trick.

After the review, Bear Electric reached out to me and addressed my concerns. Even with the misunderstanding I had previously given 4 stars and after them addressing my concerns I have changed it to 5.

Called and was promptly greeted by Sam. Sam was kind and very knowledgeable! Quickly answered my questions and concerns regarding a level 2 charger installation. Probably more importantly, he was about $200 cheaper than the other competing quote I'd received and had immediate availability!! Within probably an hour he had a crew in touch with me that were equally as friendly and very communicative. Gave me an ETA that was on point, arrived and immediately got to work. Electricians were super friendly, equally as knowledgeable and highly efficient. Install was completed in probably 15-20 minutes and they also brought to my attention a possible faulty breaker I had and offered to repair. There was even an unfortunate issue with my Zelle payment (totally my fault) and Sam notified me and was very understanding. Would def recommend and will be using Bear for any future electrical needs!

He was able to look at my electric panel and test the breakers to see where issues lie and was able to give recommendations, as well as repair the same day.
