We called them one morning some months back for what turned out to be an open neutral on the utility side of the service. (That means Edison performs the repair) The tenant said that half of her outlets and switches were dead. Edison won't roll a truck on the word of the occupant or a handyman. Only a licensed electrician has the mojo to convince them they need to send out a repair party. The fact that Edison provided same-day service and had the house electrically restored by 3 pm is a miracle.

Sam kept me updated via phone on all stages of the repair. Excellent follow-up. Reasonably priced service as well.
