We had three separate listings in the phone book, one for each name, leading to confusion about which service the caller was requesting. One day, we decided to address this issue, and that’s how BEAR, an acronym for Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, came to be. This change helped us streamline our phone responses. We had to ensure new customers understood we were not general contractors, but rather focused on electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration work. As we grew, we added generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales to our services. That pretty much sums up the story of BEAR.
