Originally named Bullins Refrigeration, we provided services under Bullins Electrical and Bullins Air Conditioning & Heating. We maintained three distinct ads in the phone book for each service, and when the phone rang, we often didn’t know which service the caller needed. We recognized the need for a solution and took steps to fix it, and that’s how BEAR, an acronym for Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, came to be. This change allowed us to better manage incoming calls. However, we also needed to clarify to new customers that we were not general contractors, but specialized in electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration contracting. As we grew, we added generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales to our services. And that’s the essence of BEAR.
