Our journey began with four brothers supporting each other, and three of them worked closely together. Our growth stems from implementing best practices and treating our clients like family. The company was initially called Bullins Refrigeration; we provided services under Bullins Electrical and Bullins Air Conditioning & Heating. We maintained three distinct ads in the phone book for each service, and when the phone rang, we often didn’t know which service the caller needed. We recognized the need for a solution and took steps to fix it, resulting in the birth of BEAR, representing Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. This change allowed us to better manage incoming calls. However, we also needed to clarify to new customers that we were not general contractors, but instead concentrated on electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration services. Over time, we expanded our offerings to include generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales. And that’s the essence of BEAR.
