Job description: Replaced the old main service panel with new 200A panel, new grounding system. I was happy to meet Dan, Steve and Adam, they were professional, friendly, warm, helpful, and courteous. Dan and Steve were prompt and finished the job that they estimated. Dan patiently explained things to help my understanding about the project before and after, Steve and Adam were supportive. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. I would definitely call on Beacon Electric again for my household electrical issues and highly refer them to my friends and extended families for any electrical needs.

It's so hard to find trustworthy, fair, and professional electricians, but Dan at Beacon Electric fit the bill! I had an issue with some wiring being installed incorrectly - and dangerously - by a previous sump pump contractor, so I asked Dan to help me redo it. He assessed the situation, gave me an explanation that I could understand, was patient with my questions, and walked me through his plan. He also gave me options to consider like adding some external outlets because I didn't have any, but also because he needed to create a new circuit and this would make it easier to monitor if the circuit tripped. Never pushy. Just seemed like he genuinely wanted to help and provide a solution that would work for me.

The job itself was done very efficiently. Dan was prompt, finished in the time he estimated, checked in and gave me status reports. Love that he also paid attention to small details and cleaned up after he was done. I'd definitely recommend his team and look forward to working with him again in the future.

I was having some issues with my outdoor lights not turning on, so I called Adam at Beacon Electric. I made an appointment and Adam showed up on time and was very friendly. He was able to not only fix the problem with my light, but he also installed a new fixture that I had laying around for the light!

I felt the service was very professional and efficient. Adam was able to troubleshoot different issues on why the light was not turning on, and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. With the troubleshooting and the installation of my extra fixture, I felt like the service was above and beyond what I would expect.

Seems like most businesses we deal with these days are so cold and impersonal, but Adam was warm, helpful, and courteous. The price was extremely fair for the work that was done. I would definitely call on Beacon Electric again for my household electronic needs.
