Had Beach Electric come out and look at an issue I am having with the power going to my furnace. They told me they needed to go back and talk with their boss and that they would get back to me. Waited a couple of days and called them to ask if they went over my situation. The receptionist said that she would speak with the boss and find out and call me back. Waited 3 more days still have never heard back from anyone. Called two days later and inquired about my situation and was told again that they would call me back and still have never heard anything. I heard so many positive things about Beach Electric but I have not had the same as others. So sad that don't at least respond to let you know they won't or can't do the repair. I would look elsewhere if you need a quick response for your electrical solutions.

Don't pay them in full unless the job is complete!! Beach Electric wired my entire house while under construction. After moving in we want additional work done. Owner Randy finished up late on a Friday afternoon. The electrical panel needed to be relabeled as a result of the work. Due to the late hour Randy promised to return the following week. Paid Beach Electric in full and in good faith they'd be back. That was last June. It's now April. 10 months of calling, promises made by Beach ""we'll be there next week "". Even asked my original home builder to intervene hoping that might get the benefit of a professional response. Lesson learned: do not pay in full on good faith. You'll never hear from Beach Electric again!

I had 4 services from these guys in the past 8 months. 2 were great, and provided by the same guy. The other 2 were terrible, and provided by a different guy. The poor service was a repeat because the first one failed again. After much foul language, not understanding the problem, and many minutes on the phone with someone talking through the fix, he claimed problem solved. I was billed for this and have now paid twice for the same service. I sent the owner, Tim, a letter expressing concern he sent a guy that didn't know what he was doing and with paying for same service a second time (which I paid), and that I was not confident it was fixed given the demeanor of the technician. No response from the owner which I considered unprofessional and lacked respect for the customer. Fast forward 2 months - their fix failed for a 3rd time!! Now I'll find a different electrician who will really troubleshoot what is going on and try to give me a quality service.

I can not speak highly enough about how amazing Beach Electric has been at solving my electrical problem. Last weekend I lost all power in my condo. Plus, I smelled smoke. After making sure power was cut off at the meter, I called Beach Electric. One of their technicians, Rusty, stopped by after he had finished his shift for the day. He opened up my breaker box and discovered some melted breakers and scorching. He said you were very close to having a major fire. Rusty also explained that any time scorching is found in a box, they have to replace everything in the box. Since my condo is old, he said it may take several days to get the parts. I was distressed to hear this but can't blame Beach Electric. Rusty then reworked my breaker box to move some key breakers to areas that were not damaged to allow me to have power to some basics (lights, fridge, AC). He told me to expect a call from Beach Electric about scheduling the new install. However, the next day I get a call from Beach Electric asking if Rusty could stop by after work...said he had an idea. About 5pm Rusty showed up and told me had been worrying over how long it was going to take to repair my panel and that he had talked with his boss and he was going to just rebuild my entire panel. Rusty disconnected every wire from every breaker. Completely stripped all equipment out of my old box. Then replaced everything with new parts. Rewired everything. Put all the breakers back in. And, as it was now night, he did it in the dark with a flashlight and a small worklight... and he completed this work in only 90 minutes! And just like that I had 100% of power back in a perfectly working panel. I truly watched a professional work today and it was such a pleasure. Without hesitation, everyone at Beach Electric from Karla to Rusty were wonderful and will be the only company I use or recommend for electrical work. Oh...I just got the bill and it was very fair.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Justin and Rusty were EXCELLENT! They went far beyond our expectations! Knowledgeable and efficient! They were perfectionist when installing our lights! We will call beach electric for all electrical from now on!!!

Wish we were told about the flat $95.00 fee when we called to get an estimate. We were quoted for $275.00 total and the job would only take 2 hours. We were then billed a total of $375 and some change. He was here 4 hours and then added the $95.00 service fee that was never mentioned. Yeah, go somewhere else.

My mom lives in Cocoa Beach and I'm in New York. I was so happy, when she needed an electrician, that the folks at Beach Electric were able to take care of things the same day! My mom said ""Rick"" did a ""fantastic"" job and everything is working ""better"" than it was when she first moved into her condo 20+ years ago! Thank you Beach Electric!
