I wanted to add some outlets in my garage, so I reached out to several businesses. Joseph got back to me super fast and provided a quote over the phone. Much to my surprise, he was able to get a technician out to my place the next day. He actually called me later the same day we spoke because his guys finished early and he was going to have them come by. Unfortunately I wasn't home, so he made sure to schedule someone for the next day.

Gerardo showed up and was very professional and courteous. He did the work in a couple of hours and made sure all the trash was collected and everything was to my satisfaction before leaving.

I am a big proponent of good customer service, something that is hard to find these days, and I got that with BCN Electric.

Joseph and his crew are great guys, they handled the service request with excellence, they came out and handled all of the repairs in a timely manner and very responsive when we placed the request. BNC is extremely fair with their pricing....We ended up completely replacing our panels and the crew went above and beyond to get the job done on time. We have used BCN Electric multiple times at our home and my in laws home. Joseph the owner gave me his personal cell # and is always prompt at getting back to me with electrical requests. Most of the time they can come out same day to do the work!

Amazing service that won't empty your pockets!

I first used BCN for an issue that I had with my electrical box, called and had someone out to do an inspection immediately. After looking it over Joe (the owner) gave his recommendation and we scheduled the work. The workers who arrived were on time, friendly and courteous. Work was completed quick and no up selling which I very much appreciated.

After the positive experience I of course called them out when I needed new ceiling fans installed in the house. Joe again responded to the request and we set up the work for that project. Again his company was mindful of our space, keeping the area as clean as possible and working hard to get us up and running with minimal impact to our day to day. I truly appreciate how kind and mindful his staff is, as well as he is. You know you have a good company when the owner is front and center or their business and ensuring quality service.

After the project was wrapped up and Joe did a closing conversation to make sure we were satisfied, I mentioned some things we were looking to do like make the house ""Smart"" with the lighting. Joe spent quality time talking us through those options, showing us different ways to achieve that with various budget options. At no point was he trying to sell us anything; he was genuinely wanting to give us things to consider and think about and he did this free of charge and with a smile. We will of source be using BCN for that project as well.

I can't say enough good things about this company, the owner and the fantastic workers he has on his team. Always budget friendly, always great work and makes you feel like your a friend and not just a number.
