We hired Iurii (pronounced Yuri) to remodel our newly purchased home. We had previously used him on our previous home.

This time we had a major renovation done and used Iurii to remodel our kitchen, two bathrooms, relocating our laundry to the garage so we could use that space for a pantry. He and his awesome crew redid our electrical and plumbing throughout the house.

When Iurii was working he would identify flaws in the house and fixed those including dry rot under a tub and toilets. Our house was previously poorly maintained and things were broken everywhere.

He also went through our home inspection report and also made those repairs.

He was with us about six weeks and the total project was reasonably priced and fair. He displayed excellent contractor skills and knowledge and used quality products in his renovation. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I recently hired BCK, in less than 72 hours they came out and installed & mounted two wood cabinets that I provided on my walls about 8 feet off the ground at my business. I was impressed with his on-time high quality service & workmanship. Brought all the tools, a vacuum, and parts/screws. He laid a tarp, and afterwards vacumed up. I was impressed with how detailed and meticulous he was. The pricing was fair, charging per hour and by the job, so he was fully transparent with me. We found Yuri with a stroke of luck after trying out a few handymen over the years.
We had purchased a wine cooler under the counter. Unfortunately, that was 1 inch taller and 1 inch wider than our measurements. We enquired around with a few handymen who told us that we will need to re-do our entire cabinetry from scratch to accommodate the wine cooler.

Yuri came in, gave a reasonable estimate, cut through the current cabinetry moved it 1 in on the left, and cut through 1 in on the top and the wine cooler fit in PERFECTLY! No one can even say that changes were made to the cabinetry.

His work is very clean, precise, and efficiently executed. His rates are reasonable given his immaculate quality of work.

We also hired him to do long pending other work around our house like recessed lighting across multiple rooms, he fixed our attic fans, some plumbing work, and more!

Yuri is a trustworthy, honest, and masterful handyman. I trust him for his recommendations and judgments. We have and would hire him in a heartbeat!

Arranged same day inspection for my LED light strip issue, then scheduled quickly to replace the transformer. Since Yuri is trustable, we scheduled further works to add GFCI outlet to the bathroom, which had to add/fish power line from garage, Yuri also worked to install some mirrors and lights. Wonderful! Will call Yuri again for anything.

Iurii is an expert handyman. I had a few jobs that needed to be completed before we moved in, and he did all of them perfectly. We had a built-in T.V. stand that needed to be expanded, and he helped us decide the best way to approach it. He also removed a built in desk and cabinets to help expand a room. He even completed a couple of small jobs that I thought of after we hired him. He performed excellent work, and I will gladly work with him or even recommend him to my mom in the future if she needs a handyman--I don't know of a better way to say I trust his work than that!
