I asked for two different quotes for two different projects a few weeks apart and they never had availability that suited our needs, which happens. Out of courtesy, I told the owner that I was going with someone else who was able to work with our schedule and gave a virtual quote he replied ""Do me a favor and stop wasting my time. This is the second time you've done this."" I assured him, he will not be getting of my business. I felt so disrespected. I have never scheduled anything, he does not have my phone number or address. If you can't provide quotes virtually, don't have that be an option through Yelp. If you aren't transparent with availability and willing to be work with customers, stop wasting their time.

The worst day of the year for the air conditioner to quit! Expected high of 105 today. Turns out it was a faulty breaker. Same day service, so grateful! In and out in less than 20 minutes. Very professional at a reasonable price. I'm not looking for a bargain, just professionalism with integrity and fair pricing and he delivered! It's also so important to support small businesses in these times. I'm keeping his card for my next electrical issue.
