I would have given Tom a 6 star review if I could!

I lost power on Christmas Day, checked the whole house and reset the circuit breaker - nothing still no power!

I called Tom the next day to come fix the issue, and turned out there's another breaker that I didn't know about!! He saved my Christmas holiday and was so patient teaching me what to do when this happens next time.

Highly recommended, honest, fairly priced, and just a good person overall!!!

Tom the owner of Bay to Bay Electrical has completed several projects in my house and did outstanding work. He is super responsive, prompt, professional and clearly expert in his field.
I really appreciated how transparent he was in his price quote, especially since I had received several other quotes that were a bit vague.
He showed up for our first appointment early, was so genuine nice and friendly and even fixed a small issue with some of the kitchen lights that i hadn't even noticed.
The second time he came out we called him last minute about a breaker box issue and he was out to the house and had everything fixed within hours.
I cannot recommend him enough and I'm so happy to have found him.

Just called Tom this morning on a weekend and he came out to my place within an hour to fix two issues (a socket and a hallway switch that weren't working). Turns out there were larger underlying issues but Tom didn't break a sweat tackling and solving the problems. He's super professional and courteous, and is very honest with what can or can't be fixed.
