I had just purchased this beautiful chandelier and was having trouble finding someone who can put it up for me. i called a few places and they said they were not able to do it, but when i called bay lighting they immediately said no problem and came the same day and hung it up in 3 hours! they were very nice and did a clean job. i recommend them to everyone if you want fast, reliable, and clean job. The customer service was great as well, will be using them for all future electrician needs.

Great father and son(s) team! They were responsive and prompt. They fixed and even cleaned one fan for us quickly and made sure the problem was fully resolved. Our other fan is a bit more complicated and needs our contractor's attention first, but they did some diagnostics to see if it was a quick fix they could do directly. They were polite and super clean (which is saying something w the dustiness of my fans lol). Thank you!

This company was the contractor for a Lowe's ceiling fan installation. The two installers came out. Started to tell me that they can only install with a down rod not a flush mount. We have installed 3 ceiling fans on our own and knew that was not the case. Begrudgingly they did the flush mount. It was not until after they departed we noticed they did not have the light on the ceiling fan triggered by the wall switch. I called them immediately and asked them to come back. The response was, ""The fan is not set up to do that."" Because we have installed ceiling fans before I knew this was not the case. Unfortunately we had to take the ceiling fan down and re-wire it ourselves. YES, IT CAN BE CONTROLLED BY THE LIGHT SWITCH ON THE WALL! I would think an electrician would know that. Very disappointed that they were more concerned with getting out of here as soon as possible and not concerned about remediating the issue at hand. Lowe's should be more concerned with who they contract their work out to.
