I came home from work one day to find part of my house without power. After resetting the circuit breaker didn't work, I knew I needed an electrician. But it was already 5:30 pm. Where was I going to find help at this hour? Luckily, Bay Electric answered the phone. The gentleman on the phone walked me through troubleshooting the breakers via FaceTime and text message. He suggested the problem was with PG&E, and we made a service appointment for the next day. The next morning, I called PG&E and when their tech came out, they confirmed it was on their side and he was able to fix it for us. I wound up canceling the original appointment with Bay Electric. So even though I never paid them a cent, Bay Electric still came through when I was in a tight spot. For that excellent service they earned five stars, and will be my first call next time I have an electrical problem.

We quickly needed a new outlet installed in the garage of our 1940's house to power the internet service being installed in a few days. Bay Electric and Kevin were able to provide an estimate based on video and photos, and were able to fit this job between others so it could be completed within our limited timeframe.

We have a lot more electrical work that needs to be done on the house, and because of the great service with this garage outlet we'll definitely be using Bay Electric.

They are very busy these days so just be patient and they will try to get back to you so otherwise my experience with Kevin and Jonny was great they were nice to talk to and was able to complete my exterior garage light install I had an issue with putting the light in the center of the above garage door due to vinyl siding and I had a wood frame on back of the wall they was able to figure a solution and made it work.Will call again for my next electrical project!
