Kevin and Jonny were fantastic. We've had outlets and lights in our apartment that haven't worked for years. It was a difficult problem to solve because it appears our unit has some unconventional wiring. Regardless, they diagnosed the problem quickly, were super friendly and efficient, and now our place is beautifully illuminated! Happy customers - we highly recommend them.

My regular sparky couldn't be bothered for a small job, so I checked out Yelp. Others weren't available for five days. Kevin answered right away, told me how and where to get a fixture to save $175, came out within 15 minutes, and wrapped up a light and switch replacement within the hour. Boom. Done.

I sent several quote requests out and made multiple calls to a Electricians recommended by Yelp across San Francisco via voicemail, email and Yelp quotes. Kevin of Bay Electric replied quickly to my Yelp quote and solved an outage the same day. Turned out my breaker was off when I thought it was on. Doh! He did not charge me because it took all of 5 seconds to resolve. Based on his quick responses, communication and service I will be using Bay Electric in the near future.

Kevin and his crew are the best around! I got many different estimates on the job. After meeting him and getting the bid from him I was shocked about how much he cared about his customers. There are not many places that come out on the weekend to check on a concern.
After he gets done with a big job they make sure that everything is cleaned up and tidy. That in itself really surprised me. He takes a lot of pride in his work and that same kind of pride is instilled into his crew. Thanks guys !

Kevin is great! We had electrical issue pretty late at night and he tried to help troubleshoot over the phone, unfortunately we weren't able to solve the problem but the next day we called him up and he made time in his day to come out and solve our problem. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is having electrical issue. Thanks again for the awesome service and reasonable pricing!

I have a multi-unit Bldg which experienced an electrical issue with several units and flickering lights. It was an emergency weekend situation and called several Electrical Companies and the one that was available came out and fixed the problem as they stated ""temporarily fixed' and that I would need about $16K in upgrade work in order for this not to happen again. ""it was an urgent situation"". I was nervous but decided to get another estimate and called Kevin at Bay Electric. He explained the electrical situation I had experienced completely, why it probably would not happen again ( no further issues week 3 ) and that in his opinion, there was no need to do any further upgrade work unless I experienced the same issue over again, virtually saving me the $16K in expense and relieving my fears and worry.

An electrician like Kevin who owns Bay Electric and builds his business on integrity and honesty with clients is a rock star in my book and will be my go-to electrician from this point on. HE SAVED ME THOUSANDS !!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother as we are extremely pleased with the service provided by Bay Electric. Kevin and crew was very professional, diligent and courteous to our immediate needs.

So apparently PGE had to shut down our electricity and we needed the entire electrical system replaced. Big job! Thus we made a few phone calls and came across Bay Electric. Not only have they been around for many many years, they also had great reviews.

After speaking with Kevin over the phone, his courteousness, politeness and his patience won us over. The quote was also very reasonable which was another plus. But the key was that kevin took his time in explaining in detail as to what the steps were and the time it was going to take. He handled everything from A-Z which was great because we were clueless.

After all said and done, Kevin and crew had really outdone themselves. Everything looked fabulous and they were able to complete this huge massive project early!

If we ever have any electrical issues in the future, you know who we are calling! Kevin at Bay Electric!!!! Once again, thank you to Kevin and crew for making this experience happen so easily and smoothly!

I love Kevin! I own a spa called In-Symmetry Wellness Spa and completely takes care of all of our electrical needs. He always answers the phone and he explains everything really well. He is also a great price. Basically I don't use anyone else. Call them because you will not be sorry!
