We needed some electrical issues to be fixed before our new tenant moved in. Vahe was very prompt in communicating, scheduling as well as sharing his opinions on what needs to be done.
He was proactive is making suggestions as well as getting items that were needed for the fix. My tenant had additional issues once he moved in and I called Vahe again He made sure to attend the issues the same day after his busy schedule.
