We needed an electrician to install our EV charger, and finding one who is reputable, responsive, and cost-effective is challenging. We went through several bids but ultimately chose Bay Area Electric. They are a small business owned by two brothers, Saul and Daniel. We chose them because they were willing to work with us, and throughout our process of finding the right electrician, they answered our questions and were very responsive, whereas others left us hanging dry. They accommodated our schedule to install the EV charger and kept their work area clean. We had them come out recently to upgrade the EV breaker, and we had the same positive experience. Awesome brother team!!! Saul and Daniel were prompted in responses and have very transparent communications with their quotes. We were able to get 3 additional outlets and Tesla charging unit installed in couple of hours. Along the process, they continued to communicate and consult to ensure you are happy with the work or they will adjust accordingly. Pricings are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I needed a gfci outlet replaced. They were fast to respond with a reasonable quote, had good communication. Very fast and efficient and cleaned up after the job.

Needed someone to come out to check my electrical panel. Had outlets on the south side of my house not working. Electrician must be licensed and bonded.

Saul from Bay Area Electric, licensed and bonded was responsive, timely, and answered all my questions before having him out to check the panel today. He reviewed the inside panel and the outside meter. He understood what the problem was and relayed the problem in layman's terms. Much appreciated. He was not able to do any repairs as it was an outside wiring problem that is PG&E's realm. Groan...on that last point.

Because Saul could not do any repairs, I was not charged for the visit. Thank you!

I would definitely call Saul at Bay Area Electric for any electrical issues now that I have someone to call.

I had a problem with GCFI outlets and a breaker. I was not able to successfully solve the problem. Saul and his crew were outstanding. They came over and quickly repaired the outlets and fixed the breaker panel.
They do excellent work and have great prices. I give my best possible recommendation. I assure you that you will be pleased with their work.
I am thinking now about adding a line and upgrading the electrical panel and I will call Bay Area Electric to do the job.
