Saul took our transformer, said he could find a version at Home Depot.

Spoiler alert: he couldn't find a version at Home Deport, nor will he return the transformer. I've contacted him 4-5 times by text and phone. His argument is going to be that ""the transformer is broken, so we don't need it, the next electrician can just use a photo"" - which is insufficient and besides the point. I called him and offered to pick up the transformer, and he said he was ""busy.""

An unfortunate experience: buyer beware.

Saul was great. He arrived promptly, on short notice, and took just 15 minutes to repair a faulty electrical outlet in my bathroom. Although I hadn't mentioned it to him on the phone, I also had a problem with a forced-air heater in my bedroom, which had been inoperable for over a year, leaving me with the prospect of facing another underheated winter. Saul immediately figured out what the problem was, and in short order I had heat again. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Saul for a wide range of electrical repair jobs.

I found Saul through Yelp, shot him a message to tell him that the outlets/circuit in my home office was fried/ no power. I couldn't identify where the problem was. He came out the next day with his brother, on time, nice guys. It was a bit tricky as the bad outlet affecting the circuit was actually in a separate room. They found the problem, replaced all outlets, tested, all good. He charged me a very fair price, did great work. Saul's going to be my go-to guy for any electrical issues in the future. I give my highest recommendation.

Saul & his brother came quickly after my call -they fixed the breaker box & finished in 20 mins - they were very friendly until payment was due - I was made to feel very uncomfortable re: the bill - giving me a hard time about it - the box was about $60-70 - the labor time was extremely short - they asked for $250 in cash - who has that much cash on hand? Obviously a card would have been more - 20 mins of work & pushing payment in cash?! They were very cranky about wanting more $ than I was willing to pay - they complained about other companies for sure charging more as a rule?! unprofessional- I gave them $200 in a check - they weren't happy - not good business & bad customer service!

This was a simple fix & I had a bad feeling after they left - beware seems they charged me $140 for 20 mins of labor!!
