Needless to say things didn't go well at all so we called Bill on Monday afternoon and he had Rob & Kevin out to us within a couple days! They were friendly and very professional and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend these guys for any electrical needs.

Me and my husband are new to the Sonora area, we bought a cabin built in 1942 and needed to do an electrical panel upgrade from 100amp to a 200amp panel. We needed electricity routed to an outbuilding on the far end of our property. Our builder recommended Bill Baughn, and we are so glad he did! Bill responded quickly, gave us a fair quote and worked with us to get the job done on our schedule. He and Matt did a fabulous job - very professional and clean work. We could not have been more pleased with the results. When we realized that rolling blackouts by PG&E were going to be the new normal, we needed to have a generator installed earlier this year. We reached out to Bill again and despite being all booked up, he squeezed us in and got the job done in record time.

Bill always makes us feel like we are his most important customer - and I have no doubt all of his clients feel the same way. He's a sharp, personable businessman, and an all around great guy. Also a shout out to his top electrician Matt, who did most of the work on our jobs - he knows his stuff and is just fantastic!

We used Baughn Electric to install a ceiling fan that didn't have any previous hook up. They did a great job. After it was installed we realized we made a poor fan choice and it didn't produce enough air flow so be bought another fan and they came out the next day and replaced it. It was wonderful they squeezed us in for the second install since we were only there for a few days. I would highly recommend this company for quality workmanship, professionalism and price.

I believe he charged me too much for one outlet replacement. My tenant hired him so I wasn't there and haven't seen the quality of the work either. Outlet replacement takes a max of 15 min and his bill was $150. It's a bit pricey so you judge.

I contacted three local electricians to see if I could get a quote to install a charger for my electric car. The work required that the charger be installed in my garage and a new circuit had to be run from the electrical panel to the garage (about 15 feet.) Only two electricians returned my call and only one - Bill Baugh was nice enough to meet with me in the same week to bid on the job. I am so very happy that I hired Bill Baughn. Bill's bid was fair. I wanted to have my service panel updated as it was an old and ""possibly dangerous"" Zinsco. I called several electricians and Bill was by far the most responsive and communicative. His pricing was definitely competitive as I have had similar jobs completed in the Bay Area. He showed up on time, was professional, prepared, handled all coordination of PGE and inspector to get the job completed quickly and get power back on. He and his helper were friendly and nice to chat with. I would definitely use Bill again and would recommend him to friends and neighbors.
