The first time the electrician came out, he was over two hours late took a long time trying to figure out the issue, but still did not fix the problem. Still waiting for his arrival for the second time. I was promised between 1:00pm in the afternoon and 3:00pm but he is now 4:32 and is still not here.
I have called the office three times today, the first time at 9:00am this morning to confirm the time, and they told me he had a six hour job starting at 7:30am, and that he should still arrive between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Called again at 3:00pm and they said he was done with the job and was headed to my house. Called again at 4:15pm and I was told that traffic in Atlanta was terrible and they are doing the best they can. I told the lady that they don't seem to value the customers time. Whoever is making the schedule should be experienced enough to allow for traffic.

Do not use this electrician for service. They are friendly but it is now twice they have come over and charged us for services for work that did not actually fix the problem.

Did not keep appointment. After contacting their office and was promised a call back to remedy the situation, have not received a call back for 5 days. I called the office and said I would not be using their services. Everyone has n the telephone was very nice.

Immediate response, same-day visit from the technician, and finished the next morning after working on what he could the same day before purchasing any hardware for the job.
