Basin Electric & Technology has been a cornerstone in meeting the electrical and technology demands of Midland, Odessa, and nearby areas for generations. No matter if it's residential work, commercial builds, or network infrastructure, our trained professionals can offer the right solutions tailored to your needs!

Basin Electric was established in 1950 by Theron Gamblin. Shortly thereafter, in 1951, O.D. Schoolcraft and his son Charles joined the growing company. Since then, four generations of the Schoolcraft family have contributed to the Basin Electric legacy. Yet, the success of the company is not solely attributed to the Gamblin and Schoolcraft families. Over the years, the dedication of Basin Electric's employees and their families has been vital to the company’s expansion. We began our journey in 1950 with a mere six employees. Amid the economic struggles of the mid-80s, when others were folding, we carried on with just three employees. Now, Basin Electric is proud to be a family of more than sixty committed employees. In 2014, we advanced into the future by joining forces with Just Macs, a local tech business owned by Henry Greer. As a result of this acquisition, we became Basin Electric & Technology.
