Philip Barr was born and raised in Massachusetts. His career began as an electrician in 1996. Upon moving to Florida in 2003, he was employed by a local electrical contractor. Following years of progressing within that company, he chose to start his own business, and thus, Barr Electric, Inc. was founded!
