I called to inquire about the possibility of adding an electrical outlet to our home. Marcel listened to what I wanted, asked he me some questions to better determine what needed to be done. I was given a fair quote right then by phone. I scheduled with him and he came out the next day to do the job. Arrived on time, friendly, professional, took care and concern for our carpets and tested everything with me before he left. He also took the time to explain the new outlets (child safe feature) and quoted me for another job that we're considering. Thank you Marcel for doing such great work at a reasonable price! Wonderful! I called this morning and Marcel was able to come by this afternoon. He said between 1-2 PM and he was here just after 1. I appreciated his promptness. I had a urgent request for repairing one Tracy rental's outlet next to range yesterday. I made 6 calls, no one else could come promptly except Briseno. Marcelo was thorough, efficient and friendly. I called yesterday around 10 am for an issue with a string of outlets that were out and he showed up around 2 and was done within the hour. The issue was not as straightforward as breaker or daisy chain but he figured it out. Great job and will use him again in the future.

Brisano Electric may do excellent electrical work. What they do not do, apparently, is to provide free estimates as advertised on their website. I contacted Brisano Electric because one of our electrical outlets stopped working. I asked them to provide the free estimate they offer in their ads so I'd know what they would charge to fix the failed outlet.

""You're asking us to do trouble-shooting,"" I was told. ""We charge a one-hour minimum to do troubleshooting."" How much is the one-hour? I asked. ""That's $75."" So, you don't do free estimates? ""We don't do free trouble-shooting.""

Semantics perhaps. But they can't give a free estimate without arriving at some conclusion as to what the electrical problem may be. Given that, their advertising is deceptive. It will generate calls from customers expecting a free visit to scope out the problem and identify the cost to repair it. Those customers will then be told they must commit to a paid visit.

Marsal of Briseno Electric worked with me to upgrade my 100 amp service to 200 amp and rewire my house. The city permit inspector loved his work but found other issues. Marsal worked with me getting around the other issues. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing electrical work done big or small

I have lived in Tracy 30+ years. I needed an electrician yesterday for a small job. Yesterday at 1:45 pm I called 4 local electricians that are well established in Tracy. None answered their phones so I left messages. NONE called me back. Today I called Mr. Briseno. He answered his phone and scheduled an appointment at 11:00 am (same day). He was 10 minutes early, did the job, and was very reasonably priced.
