Outstanding service and excellent craftsmanship! We needed a sliding door and screen installed in our patio. Bruce & Leon sent Mark and Daniel...both were extremely professional, courteous and did an excellent job! They didn't just set it in with gaps or take short-cuts. Everything was done perfectly and they were very meticulous in making sure it was sealed correctly and looked fantastic when they were done. They cleaned everything up, (both inside and outside), swept and didn't leave until they had it looking better than when they arrived! It was obvious they knew exactly what needed to be done, very professional and respectful. I will hire them for any construction jobs in the future! Reasonable & affordable plus doing a terrific job and offering great customer service...You can't beat that!

Banning and son did a full remodel of hour home in San Diego and we couldn't be more pleased! Banning and Son did everything, full kitchen remodel, both bathroom remodels, new plumbing, new electrical, all new windows and doors, full paint inside and out, new air conditioning and heating. The end results are absolutely beautiful. The owner, Bruce Banning, came to our home and made several suggestions on how we could improve our remodel, his suggestions were stellar! His vision was incredible and the end results exceeded our expectations. Since we were living in Utah during the remodel, Bruce called us frequently and sent pictures of the progress.

Punch list items at the end of a project can be a challenge, but not with Banning and Sons. Bruce's Operation Manager, Leon Windsor, made sure all punch list items were completed to our full satisfaction. A couple of his staff that we met, Andrew and Mark, also went out of their way to assure we were completely satisfied. We even received positive comments from our neighbors on how polite Bruce and his staff was, how often does that happen? We couldn't be more pleased with our ""new"" home and strongly recommend Banning and Sons. We hope to see Bruce again in the future!

We are just thrilled with our new kitchen remodel that Banning & Son just finished up. Bruce, Adrian & Leon were stellar. They had a fix for every little surprise that popped up along the way. We partnered with Kitchen Emporium for the cabinetry & installation. But Bruce did all of the demo and prep for new kitchen. They are easy to work with and I was impressed with the quick turn around. I would highly recommend them for any home project!

I had some water damage to a wall. Banning and Son did a remarkable job. They told me the job would take about a week. They stuck to the timeline. They were CLEAN. It's hard to be clean when you are ripping out a wall, treating it and rebuilding it, but these guys never left a mess. They were all so friendly and I never felt uncomfortable with them in my home. The water damage affected our fireplace mantel. They rebuilt the base of the fire place mantel exactly as it was before. I will hire them again in the future. Hopefully for fun things like a bathroom or kitchen remodel. But if I ever have water damage or any sort of emergency I know I can count on them to get me through it.

We contacted Bruce when we were dealing with an urgent repair issue on our windows. He came over to help us evaluate the problem (the other contractor we called didn't even return the call) and helped us find an inexpensive and relatively simple solution. He was helpful, friendly, responsive, and clearly wasn't just trying to make a buck off of us, even though he could have. Based on my experience, I'd recommend him as a trustworthy and worthy option for your contracting needs.

THE WORST, UNETHICAL contractor you may encounter in your life time. If you want poor quality work for unjustifiable high price, then this is your best choice. he can't keep timelines and will end up charging you double or triple of what the promised price, he may seem nice in the beginning when he wants to get the job, but will come back and bite you soon-after.
Pros: licensed, access to material
Cons: no price commitment, no timeline commitments, poor quality, overcharge and hidden charges.
