I set an appointment with them as they were referred by Home Depot. They called to cancel my consultation an hour before, and we rescheduled for the following day at noon. Noon came and went and no call, text, email or any other consideration for my time, waiting and wondering when they heck someone was going to show up. They don't need to worry about my business anymore. I don't waste time with time wasters.

Outstanding service and excellent craftsmanship! We needed a sliding door and screen installed in our patio. Bruce & Leon sent Mark and Daniel...both were extremely professional, courteous and did an excellent job! They didn't just set it in with gaps or take short-cuts. Everything was done perfectly and they were very meticulous in making sure it was sealed correctly and looked fantastic when they were done. They cleaned everything up, (both inside and outside), swept and didn't leave until they had it looking better than when they arrived! It was obvious they knew exactly what needed to be done, very professional and respectful. I will hire them for any construction jobs in the future! Reasonable & affordable plus doing a terrific job and offering great customer service...You can't beat that!

Banning &Son installed my new kitchen, February, 2020. Of course they did a terrific job. My neighbor recommended them to me. Banning and son did a full remodel of hour home in San Diego and we couldn't be more pleased! Banning and Son did everything, full kitchen remodel, both bathroom remodels, new plumbing, new electrical, all new windows and doors, full paint inside and out, new air conditioning and heating. The end results are absolutely beautiful. The owner, Bruce Banning, came to our home and made several suggestions on how we could improve our remodel, his suggestions were stellar! His vision was incredible and the end results exceeded our expectations. Since we were living in Utah during the remodel, Bruce called us frequently and sent pictures of the progress.

Punch list items at the end of a project can be a challenge, but not with Banning and Sons. Bruce's Operation Manager, Leon Windsor, made sure all punch list items were completed to our full satisfaction. A couple of his staff that we met, Andrew and Mark, also went out of their way to assure we were completely satisfied. We even received positive comments from our neighbors on how polite Bruce and his staff was, how often does that happen? We couldn't be more pleased with our ""new"" home and strongly recommend Banning and Sons. We hope to see Bruce again in the future!

We are just thrilled with our new kitchen remodel that Banning & Son just finished up. Bruce, Adrian & Leon were stellar. They had a fix for every little surprise that popped up along the way. We partnered with Kitchen Emporium for the cabinetry & installation. But Bruce did all of the demo and prep for new kitchen. They are easy to work with and I was impressed with the quick turn around. I would highly recommend them for any home project!
