We had to replace the lighting in my dad's garage. He is 90 and it was too dim in there. Banister Electric sent 2 guys over and they were entirely done in one hour. They installed 4 sets of flourscent lights, redid the wiring and removed all the old materials including 2 single bulb fixtures.

I called these folks for an estimate on some minor work and the receptionist said she would call back as the person she needed to consult had just stepped out. When she called back, she gave me an estimate, which I accepted, and said they would be out next day between 10 am and noon.

The next day I had to call them when they did not show up by 12:30 pm. No one answered the phone, so I left a message and canceled the service request. No one bothered to call back with any explanation about the reason for the no show.
