If I could give 0 stars I would. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady who answers the phone is so rude and very unhelpful. We had to go through this company from our warranty provider. It took two days for the guys to even come to our house to look at our broken AC. After this, they did not submit the paperwork for approval for three days. I had to call her each hour for two days to get her to submit our paper work to the warranty company to fix our AC. She had a different excuse as to why the paper work hadn't been submitted each call. My husband called and asked if they scheduled the appointment and she responded by saying ""no do you not understand me, oh wait I know you don't understand anything I'm saying"" - then proceeded to hang up on him. Do not go with this company if you can help it. We ended up going through a different company and paying for the services needed just so we did not have to deal with Bang Electric.

Horrible customer service. Angelique, who answers the phone and is the office manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional and actually hung up on me. This company was dispatched to repair a pool heater. They know nothing about pools and I actually had to show the Technician how to open up the heater's front panel. He proceeded to be on his cell phone for the duration of his stay. When I asked why he was on the phone, he said he had actually never worked on a pool heater and was getting step by step instructions.

If I could leave no star review for this business I would be more than happy.


First of all they fired their whole staff about six months ago. Thinking they can do it themselves. Well they can't.

I wasn't to upset when the electrician showed up over an hour late. But give your customer a phone call. Specially since they knew I had to go to work. And had to leave a total stranger alone in my house. Because I needed this job done.

He installed the dryer connection in my garage but was not able to build an outlet for the dryer vent because he was missing the right tools. I have been told he would be back next week.

I'm still OK with that at this point.

Coming home that day I'm inspecting the job and find out that the young man broke my brand new out of the box dryer vent.

I inform Bang Electric about that. And get a respond that they will replace the vent.

I'm waiting over two weeks for them to get back in touch with me for the final appointment to finish the job.

Finally I have enough and tell them I would find someone else. But still would need a replacement or reimbursement for the broken part. They tell me someone will drop that part off at my house next week. Again two weeks go by and nothing. I contact them again suggesting that maybe a reimbursement via a check in the mail is less complicated.
She agrees and tells me the check will be mailed out. I'm waiting again. After a few weeks I ask her and she said she forgot but the check will go out. So I'm waiting again. And again after a few weeks I get in touch with her and she tells me the check went out yesterday.....

I'm still very patient and friendly at this point. Thinking they might be just really busy. But she said she mailed it out.

I'm waiting again.... nothing!!!!!
This all goes on for a period of over three months.
We are talking about a 30$ reimbursement from a 500$ job. They where really quick taking my money. My card got charged before the electrician even showed up.

So I'm asking her again what's going on. She tells me they would prepay the vent and I can pick it up at Home Depot. I told her Home Depot is inconvenient for me how about Loews.... never got an answer.
From now on I'm just getting ignored.
And why does a paying customer have to go out of there way and spend their time to replace what they broke????!!!!!????

At this point I'm thinking I'm dealing with a bad employee and thought maybe I should contact the owner. Just to find out I was dealing with the owner Angelique herself.....

This woman has some of the poorest customer care and business skills. Not only that she lied to me. She also ignored me after that.

Think twice before you want to give them your business and money.....

This company was scheduled through our home warranty company to come and fix some electrical problems like loose switches and outlets that didn't work. First of all they didn't contact us as they were supposed to and when we finally were able to schedule, it was 2 weeks later and my husband had to take a day off of work. A man came to look at what work needed to be done and said they would contact us to do the work (said the work would take about 4 hours). A few days later they Left me a message saying that they would be coming the next day. I returned the call and left them a message that, no, the next day would not work. It was too short of notice for either my husband or I to take a day off of work. They sent someone the next day anyways and then left me a nasty message about not being home for the appt. Because they were so unflexable with scheduling, I finally had to get my brother to come stay at my house when they were able to come. When they came they only did half of the work that was supposed to be done, and left a mess. Under each replaced outlet was scratched paint and dust and drywall all over the floors. When we called about the work not being finished, they said they'd call us on Monday to schedule someone to come back... On Monday I got a call saying a technician was in the area and would be there in a few minutes! I could not believe it! I had already been round and round in circles with the scheduling lady, explaining that my husband and I have jobs and can not schedule on short notice! Very poor customer service!
