Mr. Ballard was a real pleasure to work with. We are in the middle of selling our house when it was discovered there were a few issues with our electrical box. He came out, assessed the situation, and gave us a fair price. (His price was 1/3 of the price a general contractor wanted.) He is dedicated and it shows in the quality of the work. My husband scheduled electrician to come fix some power outlets and sockets on one side of the room that stop working all of a sudden. These power outlets were near a gas fireplace which stop turning on as well. Very happy that he was professional, responded in a timely manner, and showed up to appointment. Very pleasant person who fixed all my problems within an hour. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a electrician. He is definitely my to go to electrician and will be using him for the purchase of my new home to set up my security cameras. I am just happy when everything goes so smoothly.

I used Ballard Electric a few years ago before I moved from the eastside of Palmdale. When my new house needed some outlet fixes for my kitchen, I remembered Rodney and looked up Ballard Electric again. I'm so glad I did! He was masked up and socially distancing, which helped me feel comfortable having him doing work in the home. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my outlets and set to work. He was such a pleasant person to talk with while he worked, and that put his customer service over the top! I wouldn't go with anyone else to get future work done, and I plan on having him return to install some fixtures and security cameras in the future! His estimate and payment procedures are digital and super easy. I had no problem digitally signing my estimate before the appointment, and paying once I received service. I am so thankful to have all my kitchen outlets in working order so I can use my 10,000 kitchen appliances! :)

I am completely satisfied with the work that Mr.Ballard did with installing our home charging station for our Tesla. He is super knowledgeable and does tremendous work! You can tell that he is dedicated to his craft. When he ran into an issue, he was quick to brainstorm and come up with a solution. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE to reach out to him for any electrical help or more importantly need a charging station unit at your home for your Plug-in electric vehicle.

Oh, I forgot to mention the best part, he doesn't charge an arm and a leg, as a matter of fact, he was the LESS EXPENSIVE option out of the 4 people we talked to. Great quality for a great price!
