Simply the best electricians in town. Clear pricing, expert employees. When I originally called to schedule an appointment (half my house had no power), the dispatcher walked me through the issue and advised me to call the SCE for repair. He charged me nothing for his time, and got me back online. Since then, I have used Ballard several times and been very happy. Highly recommend.

Ballard Electric did a phenomenal job!!! We needed multiple sets of recessed lighting installed and controlled by existing switches which was a piece of cake for them to do. They also replaced an existing chandelier which was ~21 feet off the ground, requiring scaffolding and a little finnesse. I gave very minimal instructions, leaving the judgement as far as placement up to them, and these guys nailed it! The job was done in one day and was very reasonably priced.

Our house now looks completely different with the updated lighting and we love it. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs any sort of electrical work. You will be very impressed like we are!

What a great company!! They answered my request for an appointment within an hour. Quoted me a price and came out the next day. Not only did they repair both of my switches they reduced the service charge as it was a pretty simple repair. I would call them again for any electrical issues I have.

I needed to get an EV Home charging station set up in my garage so I decided to call Ballard electric based on the great reviews. Talked to Frank Ballard and he was quick to respond and pretty informative, he also gave me a very fair pricing. Had no problem with scheduling that same week, and they showed up on time. They set up a NEMA 14-50 plug required for the charger and the charger itself. So far it works great! Overall I had a pretty good experience and will definitely call them back for our future projects.

About a year and a half ago I decided to play general contractor and remodel my kitchen. I had several reputable, local electrical contractors come look at my project. I chose Ballard Electric because Don was very open about where he could help me minimize the cost of some of the changes we were considering and even after bidding the job as piece work he suggested we switch to time and materials because it was going to save us money. His crews were professional and always punctual when they were scheduled to come by. They were very flexible when we made changes and needed to schedule around work being done by other subcontractors. We finished the project about a year ago and have since rented our house. When my tenants had some of the new LEDs burn out, I emailed Don about it and he took care of it at no charge.
