I really like working with these guys. Frank is extremely quick with communication and pricing seems to be very fair every time. I've had them out for a couple small outlet receptacle jobs and very pleased with their work.

Our house was built in 1965, so we have a ton of needed updates, especially replacing our main panel soon. I've had 3 other electricians come by to give their thoughts on the electrical renovations we need done and Ballard Electric team is very patient knowledgeable and willing to work with us when we're ready.

The only feedback I have for them is to give pricing up front before doing the actual work, even for the small jobs. This is largely due to the fact that the workers aren't involved with quoting the job at all. It would be nice if the workers could be more involved with quoting the pricing on the spot rather than me having to work with their sales manager and pay afterwards without knowing what the price will be. Despite that drawback, I still think these guys are amazing and will definitely invite them back to bid on the larger jobs.

So we are selling our home and moron home inspector with Amerispec shorts out something and have a blown breaker on New Years Eve Day and everyone is unavailable until the Monday after New Year's - except for Ballard Electric, who was booked but squeezed me in because they had workers nearby who finished a job a bit early. Frank was prompt with a return call and very efficient in assessing the problem and advising as to estimated costs and repair issues. The electricians showed at the time expected and, after an exhaustive search, found what was causing the short and fixed it in addition to a few of the wiring issues along the way. Both of the electricians on site were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Obviously we are moving (but only an hour south) so Ballard Electric will be our go to from now on.
