The attention to detail work and efficiency that Ben and Mike did to install/wire transformers, control panels, housing unit, 2 timer switches, and labeling/locating hardwiring for 23 windows so we could get the motorized shades installed the next day was amazing! I called and scheduled service few weeks ahead for first available am time slot. The day we scheduled 9:00 they were a no show. Called at 10:00 to find out ETA. The technician called me back to let me know he would be another 45 minutes. Unacceptable...called another company.

I scheduled a ceiling fan install and called to confirm. They were a no-show. I called and they offered to come the following day. They didn't know what happened. They have seen me twice: The first and last.

Having had a lightning strike hit a tree and change direction, coming into the house, causing damage to our wired smoke detector alarms, necessitating having to turn off the circuit breaker to them to get the alarm to stop. Bale's came and took that smoke detector off, a screw being behind a very well hidden panel in the old detector that we couldn't find, and put up the new one I had temporarily hanging on the wall near the ceiling. He also checked all the switches, outlets and breaker box to make sure no damage was done to them. He checked things we wouldn't have thought to look at and changed out a thermostat for the hvac that had also been damaged. Very thorough and competent and why we continue to use them for our electrical needs.
