They took a deposit and stated they would have the work completed by a certain day. The work never got completed and they never called me back. I tried to call and their voice mail was full. I left several text messages and E-mails. After several attempts I finally got a hold of them. The owner gave me a bunch of excuses why the job was not completed and said they would call me back the next day. They never did. I sent another email and still no response. They had no issue and quite prompt in collecting the deposit. After that, never head back from them.

We love Baldwin Industrial Group. They were highly recommended to us by our Realtor and the Home Inspector. Our place needed a new electrical panel, thermostats, and baseboard heaters in the bedroom. Mike was the BEST! Totally trusted him to come in and out of the house while we weren't there and to do the job correctly. We had to wait a few months to get the project started because they are so busy, but it was well worth the wait. We just purchased a new home here and we have already called Jesse to get on his agenda to have our new place worked on by Mike. Don't go anywhere else but Baldwin!

This is a great company to do business with if you need electrical work done. Jesse always returns my phone calls (which is unusual for businesses in Mammoth) and even sent me a text the last time to let me know which technician would be coming to my house. Mike and Jake, the technicians, have done work here a few times. They always wear shoe covers, leave the place clean, and explain to me what was the issue. A couple times my receptacles had tripped but not the breakers. They told me what happened and showed me how to reset the receptacles. Jake stayed the last time to measure the amps on the appliances I was using in a room where the breaker frequently trips so I could adjust which ones to use to avoid tripping the breaker. He even recommended a better space heater, which when I researched it, got great reviews. Both Mike and Jake are super nice men who I feel comfortable having in my home.
