Very professional. Called for a sensor light non emergency issue.Dispatching staff was friendly and professional getting all information. I never never write reviews but I had to write this one about Baldwin Electric. They are the most professional company. There were honest fair and did amazing work. Showed on time and were neat and professional. I needed lighting work done and also A/V work. There is no other company I would ever use again.

Pictures are worth 1,000 words so I'll start by posting photos Jesse has texted me of the hidden BURNED out junk behind electrical cover plates. Older Mammoth condos are ripe for electrical problems. And Jesse, Mike and Baldwin Industrial have done such an excellent job at a reasonable price for my condo for years now with various repairs, new heater installation, bathroom ceiling fan replacement, circuit updates, etc.

Most recent example: partial power loss for renters (some lights, TV, internet out) but circuit box looked just fine. Jesse squeezed the job into his schedule Christmas Eve (in a snowstorm), texted me the photos of the offending (hidden) partially burned old style ""stab-in"" wires and installed a new AFCI receptacle to prevent future problems. I can now rest easy knowing my guests are safe, well-lit, warm and have reliable TV-internet.

Thank you, Jesse and crew, a million times for all of the reliable, reasonable service over the years. You guys rock!

I called Baldwin Ind. Gp. on a Saturday morning at 9:30 with a non-emergency electrical issue. He jumped in straight away, took time to talk with me and had a fellow scheduled to help for later the same day. Jessie's manner was perfect. I trust him completely.
