Our thermostat broke and we did not have heat for three weeks with the season changing. With several failed property manager attempts to install new thermostats and get the furnace turned back on, Mr. Baldwin came to the rescue. He figured out the problem, after first locating, ordering and taking responsibility for finding the correct system appropriate thermostat to work with our furnace, and promptly showed up.
