Wanted to have our old sink replaced with a new one we bought. Tech gives us a call and says he'll be here in 10 minutes. An hour later we call the shop asking where he was, and he shows up 15 minutes later, flying down our street and overshoots the house. Walks in with a huge dip in his mouth, and charges us $39 to tell us it'll be $1260 to swap sinks. That's one thousand, two hundred and sixty dollars to replace a sink we already own. Hard pass...

I will give this business a 1 because all of the people with whom I spoke were very responsive, cordial and businesslike. That being said, what matters most to me aside from workmanship is the cost. I realize this is a bigger company with higher overhead that an individual electrician. Upon inspection by one of this company's electricians, I was told that I needed a new breaker box. Photos were taken and sent to his manager and a quote was give to me - $4200. He would be replacing my 150amp box for a 200amp box. I did a little research & found that avg cost is around $2000 at the highest. I found a master electrician who is licensed and insured who did the entire job for $2000 total. When there is this much disparity in price for the same item/service, something is wrong. I will add that the electrician I hired did not use cheap after market products either. I checked before he installed. If you don't mind paying twice as much for the same service/product then by all means use this company. To me, almost all of us are on a tight budget & cost counts. I felt as if they confused me for someone either rich or stupid.

My experience with Baker Brothers Plumbing was exceptional (Thanks Dylan). They were professional, and completed the work in a timely fashion, and the price was very competitive! I would highly recommend them for plumbing issues and will be using them again, if needed.

Do your homework on this company. Not good on their word. Price gouging company. When I called them on it, I was told if I could produce a receipt for the same work done on a second bathroom that they would refund the difference to me. A few days later, I did produce a receipt showing a cost of 50%. They manager of Baker Brothers mentioned over the phone that my refund will be processed. That was back in July 2021. I'm still waiting. The same manager is not replying to my emails.

Good work but grossly overpriced. I didn't have time to start over so sucked it up and paid $2k for a hot water heater and $616 to repair a shower valve.

Baker Brothers delivered yet again! I am so glad I am on the family plan and get the super responsive service regardless of hour or day. Everyone was friendly, prompt, and HONEST. I continue to highly recommend. I also appreciate the followup outreach from the office to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

excellent service, starting with humans answering phone. they worked me in when otherwise booked on cold day. electrician brandon does great, honest , work. helped me decide what was really needed, and advised against expensive work which would not really help. trustworthy. thank you, brandon !!

Had 2 toilets pulled and reset to keep from leaking when sewer got backed up, and 1 toilet wobbled. had sewer clean out done as well. almost a month later sewer backed up again and toilets both flooded.

I have been a loyal Baker Brothers customer for many years. Yesterday I had a leak in my daughters upstairs bathroom. The water cut off on the toilet didn't stop the leak. I was bailing water until I could get someone to cut the water off at the street. I called Baker Brothers only to find out there were no appointments available for 3 days (due to the holiday). However, they could have someone come out on Sunday for an after hours appointment for $300 service call in addition to the work needed. I had to get online and call someone who could fix the problem sooner rather than later. i am so disappointed in Baker Brothers and their claim to be a family owned business. In my family loyalty means something.
