Willis and his crew just finished a major residential remodel and addition for me. We where very satisfying with the workmanship and communication during the project.
As most projects there where unforseen extras that came up. Willis gave us very fair pricing for those extras. This is where some contractors will try to gouge you, but not Willis.
His communication was good and worked to keep us satisfied. I will use him again on our next project.

Willis A. Bailey has done 2 major projects for us. They did very high quality work on both. One was a deck rebuild and one was replacement of a major support beam in a carport that supports the whole building. They managed structural engineer and getting all permits and inspections. Only complaint is that the job took longer than expected. But they were very responsive and had great attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Bailey Construction and would use them again.

Let me respond to Bailey Constructions review. We hired Bailey Construction to replace the two decks (not repair) when we bought the home. Blaming the replacement of the leaks on the decks on the original builders shows lack of ownership related to charging $30K for the project. Both the replaced decks leaked within the 1st year Baliey Construction came out to repair the replacement decks they installed. The repairs leaked a year later and I all the pictures and proof that flashing was never installed under the doors. Baliey Construction, take ownership for your mistake that has cost me significant dollars to have another contractor replace and do the project correctly the first time.

I have worked with hundreds of contractors and can say these guys (both Willis's and their team!) are top notch! Whether it's plumbing, electrical, framing, or a foundation, Bailey Construction has you covered! And, they will self perform what most others will subcontract out meaning there is less delays and a cost savings. Both Willis's are great communicators who go above and beyond to make their clients happy. I hired them in 2016 and again in 2017 for about $350k worth of renovations on a couple houses. Their prices were very fair compared to other contractors and they finished relatively close to projected timeline. The Change orders were minimal and mostly because of the changes I requested. Easy to work with and accommodating, I was out of town for most of both projects and Willis Jr would send videos or photos to keep me informed. Definitely recommend and look forward to working with them again soon.

I hired Bailey Construction to remodel my salon. They only had 2 weeks to get it done so I could get my business back up and running. They demoed in less than 2 days, had new tile floors within the first week as well as new hair stations, a manicure/ pedicure room with plumbed sinks, bathroom ADA Compliant, kitchen and laundry room areas completed and re- opened in 2 weeks as promised. The work was high quality and I get compliments daily on how beautiful my salon is from my clients and the people that work there. I highly recommend Bailey Construction for anyone looking for a fair and honest general contractor. I couldn't be happier and am hiring him again for a bit more work soon.
